When Ranbir Kapoor called Anushka Sharma his closest friend

Ranbir Kapoor has worked with numerous leading ladies in Bollywood. Among all, Anushka Sharma stands out. In a recent interview, Ranbir expressed that Anushka is the actress he is closest to, stating, “We are really very close friends and often annoy each other a lot and keep fighting while we are on the set. We share a very good creative energy.” Anushka, back in 2016, explained why she shares a close bond with Ranbir. She said, “When two people spend their sad time together, they come closer.” Their collaboration in Bombay Velvet, despite being a flop, strengthened their friendship.

Currently, Ranbir Kapoor is busy shooting for Ramayana and Love and War. On the other hand, Anushka Sharma is enjoying her family time in London with hubby Virat Kohli and kids Vamika and Akaay.
